The console is the product

Everything people normally phone a carrier about — numbers, trunks, routing, CDRs, balance, credentials — is something you should be able to do yourself at any hour.

What it covers

Self-service, end to end

01
Number marketplace
Search live DID inventory by state, area code, rate centre or prefix. Select in bulk, buy, and numbers are routed to your trunk and in service within seconds. Toll-free sits in the same place across every 8XX prefix.
02
Trunk management
Create trunks, authorise IPs, rotate credentials, cap concurrency and set failover destinations — without raising a ticket or waiting for provisioning.
03
Live CDRs
Filter, inspect and export call records as they are written, rather than waiting for an overnight batch or a report someone exports by hand.
04
Billing and balance
Top up, set auto-recharge thresholds, watch spend against caps and download invoices. Usage draws down in near real time so there are no month-end surprises.
05
Team and sub-accounts
Role-based access for NOC, finance and developers, plus isolated sub-accounts with their own trunks, caps and CDRs for each downstream customer.
06
Quality dashboards
ASR, ACD, PDD, MOS and attestation mix per route, trunk and destination — the same figures our NOC works from.
API & webhooks

Built to disappear into your stack

If NexDial is part of how you onboard your own customers, it should be code — not a person copying numbers out of a portal into a spreadsheet.

REST, JSON, token auth

Predictable resources for numbers, trunks, routing, CDRs and balance.

Signed webhooks

Call events, balance thresholds and provisioning results pushed to your endpoint.

Idempotent writes

Retry safely — a repeated purchase request will not buy the number twice.

Sandbox credentials

Build and test the integration before money or numbers move.

Rate-limit headers

Clear quotas so your automation can back off gracefully.

Source code on a dark developer screen
Guardrails

Limits you set yourself

Most carrier incidents are not attacks — they are a misconfigured dialler, a compromised PBX or a test left running over a weekend. Spend caps, destination blocking, velocity limits and anomaly alerts are yours to configure, and we recommend you do.

Control

What you can lock down

Spend caps

Hard ceilings per account and per trunk, so a runaway process cannot drain a balance overnight.

Destination blocking

Block or allow-list countries and premium ranges — the usual destination of toll fraud.

Velocity limits

Per-second and per-minute call limits that catch a dialler misconfiguration in seconds.

Anomaly alerts

Baselining of your normal pattern, with alerts when traffic stops looking like you.

Least-privilege roles

Give finance billing access without handing over the ability to change routing.

Audit trail

Every provisioning and configuration change recorded against the user who made it.
